Taiwanese foods are so good!!

Each meal, I enhoyed local food here in Taipei. Also, one dish is bigger than Japanese. So after the meal, I am so full!!

At a restaurant in Hakata, we rent a kitchen and a space to shoot some photos for a flyer.

Tonkotsu 豚骨

When I hear tonkotsu, I always think it's ramen. I guess it's because I'm from Fukuoka. 

豚骨って聞くと、ラーメンを想像する。福岡県民だからかな。

I found other tonkotsu.

豚骨を見つけたよ。

This is Kagoshima's local food.

コレは鹿児島の郷土料理。

Radish and bone in pork cooked with miso.

ラデッシュと豚の骨と味噌で調理したもの。

It was good! New tonkotsu for me!

昭和歌謡曲が流れるレトロな居酒屋さん

「氷炭(ひょうたん)」に行って来ました〜。

We went to "hyoutan". It's a Show style restaurant and the music there was of course songs from Showa!

新鮮な食材とヘルシーフードを丁寧に調理。

Fresh vegetables, fish, meat... And healthy food!

何を食べてもおいし〜。

Everything we tried was really good.

付き出しが根菜の食べ放題という斬新さ。

All you can eat root vegetable salad. 

スパイスも豊富。

Many different kinds of spices.

夢中で食べて飲んで笑っていたので撮った写真は、〆のゴハンだけ(｡-_-｡)

We were enjoying the food and company  too much, and forgot to take photos. Only photo we have is "tamagokake gohan (rice with raw egg on top)".

糸島の天然卵「つまんでご卵」を使用した「たまごかけごはん」も絶品。

The egg was a fresh "tsumandegoran" from itoshima, Fukuoka. The tamagokake gohan was really good too!

フルーツもおいしいデス。
