Interesting!!

I have no idea waht English name is.. But the vegetable called 'SomenUri'. 

I cut it to four pieces, and put them into boiling water.

After about 7mins, color and looks started changing...

When it get soft, I drain water and wash it with cold water.

Can you see the change?!?!

Then drain water again!

Looks like 'somen(noodle)', right??

It's vegetable, so really healthy noodle!!

And so easy!!!

This is a quite interesting vegetable!!

博多ラーメン Hakata ramen

約10年ぶりに「秀ちゃんラーメン」に行ってきました（≧∇≦）

I went to Hidechan ramen for the first time in a decade.

こってりラーメン&餃子&ご飯！

Rich taste. Ramen, gyoza and rice.

変わらずおいし〜。

Same taste as before!!
